2019 Spring Doubles Round Robin REGISTRATION

Register here for the ECTA’s 2019 Spring Doubles Round Robin—the first outdoor event of the season!—to be held Saturday, April 27, at Vandy Christy Tennis Center, 2310 Sheridan Road, Evanston. Refreshments, giveaways, and prizes will be provided. Enter up to two events!

Categories of Play: Men’s, Women’s and Mixed Doubles. Men’s and Women’s Doubles will commence at 8:30 a.m., and Mixed Doubles will commence at Noon or sooner, depending on the size of the Men’s and Women’s Doubles draws. You may enter up to two events.

Match Format: Round-Robin, No-Ad scoring

Registration Deadline: End of day on Monday, April 22

Entry Fees: $20, plus yearly ECTA membership of $25 (see below)

Your ECTA membership is good for 12 months and is on a calendar-rolling basis, so if you are a current member, you need only pay the tournament registration fee; otherwise, you must pay both membership and tournament registration fee. AGREEMENT TO ASSUME RISKS AND TO HOLD HARMLESS:
As a condition for entry, I, my family, and my heirs do hereby agree to assume all risks associated with my participation in this tournament and to hold Evanston Community Tennis Association, the Tournament Directors and Referee, the City of Evanston, Northwestern University, including their officers, boards of directors, committees, members, affiliates, and employees, jointly and severally harmless from any and all suits or claims resulting from any injury or accident that results from my participation in this tournament, regardless of cause.
