FINALS: July 4 at Ackerman Park on Central Street in Evanston

ENTER UP TO THREE EVENTS! (No more than two doubles or two singles categories per person.)

CATEGORIES OF PLAY:  Century Doubles (partners’ ages must add up to 100 or higher), Men’s Open Singles, Men’s 3.5 (and Under) Singles, Men’s 40 (and Over) Singles, Men’s 60 (and Over) Singles, Men’s Open Doubles, Men’s 40 (and Over) Doubles, Women’s Open Singles, Women’s 3.5 (and Under) Singles, Women’s Open Doubles, Mixed Doubles

NOTES: Please include tournament experience/seeding information no matter what your level!For doubles, you and your partner must register and pay separately in order to appear be entered in the tournament!

NOTE: Must be age 16 or older by June 1, 2023, to enter.

    ONLINE REGISTRATION AND FEES:

    All registrations must be made online. (Contact the tournament director if this is a problem.) Each entrant must submit a completed official Entry Form online on the ECTA website. (Doubles partners must each submit a completed form with entry fee.)

    Entry fees may be paid via PayPal or by mailing a check made out to ECTA to:

    An entry form without the appropriate entry fee will not be accepted. Players may enter up to THREE (3) events, including a maximum of two doubles events. E-mail will be the primary method of communication with you on the progress of the tournament.

    Be sure to be signed up for the ECTA e-mail blasts, sent out via Constant Contact, by registering on the bottom right of the evanstontennis.org homepage, for tournament updates.

    AGREEMENT TO ASSUME RISKS AND TO HOLD HARMLESS:

    As a condition for entry, I, my family, and my heirs do hereby agree to assume all risks associated with my participation in this tournament and to hold Evanston Community Tennis Association, the Tournament Chairman and Referee, the City of Evanston, Northwestern University, and the Evanston 4th of July Association, including their officers, boards of directors, committees, members, affiliates, and employees, jointly and severally harmless from any and all suits or claims resulting from any injury or accident that results from my participation in this tournament, regardless of cause.
