Registration Open: 2024 Spring Doubles Round Robin

  • Register here for the ECTA’s 2024 Spring Doubles Round Robin—our first outdoor event of the year!—to be held Saturday, April 27, at Lovelace Park in Evanston. Refreshments, giveaways, and prizes will be provided. Enter up to two events for the same price!

    Categories of Play: Men’s, Women’s, and Mixed Doubles

    Schedule: Men’s Open Doubles and Women’s Open Doubles will take place first, at 9 a.m., followed by Open Mixed Doubles.

    Match Format: Round-Robin, No-Ad Scoring

    Registration Deadline: End of day on Sunday, April 21

    Entry Fees: $30, plus yearly ECTA membership of $25 (see below)

    Note: Must be age 16 or older to enter.

    Your ECTA membership is good for 12 months and is on a calendar-rolling basis, so if you are a current member, you need only pay the tournament registration fee; otherwise, you must pay both membership and tournament registration fee.   • AGREEMENT TO ASSUME RISKS AND TO HOLD HARMLESS:

    As a condition for entry, I, my family, and my heirs do hereby agree to assume all risks associated with my participation in this tournament and to hold Evanston Community Tennis Association, the Tournament Directors and Referee, the City of Evanston, Northwestern University, including their officers, boards of directors, committees, members, affiliates, and employees, jointly and severally harmless from any and all suits or claims resulting from any injury or accident that results from my participation in this tournament, regardless of cause.
